Tim is a custom home builder who started his career building over ten years ago in the greater San Antonio area. Starting as a construction manager with one of the nation's largest homebuilders then moving to a private company ranked in the top 50 builders at the time, he worked his way up to Director of Construction. In 6 years time through his direct project management of homes and then full oversight of the construction department, between the two companies, he had oversight of close to 500 homes. Then his legacy in residential construction continued when he opened his custom home company January of 2013 with an extensive resume of experience and knowledge.
Tim is a graduate of Texas A&M University (Whoop!) who enjoys spending time outdoors with his college sweetheart, Misty, and their three children. They can often be found hiking or just enjoying nature together. Thanks to a strong family bond combined with an influential church upbringing, the Bennetts know the importance of faith and family. Tim and his family were blessed to have served as missionaries in Thailand. Tim currently visits Brazil each summer to do leadership and faith-based retreats through a non-profit organization he and four other friends started called "SERVEiVOR." The power of a group of people all working toward the same goal was not lost on Tim; he carries the value of this conviction into every relationship he has and, therefore, every home Bennett Design Build creates.
